Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the e signature iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscription — e signature Pro

e signature Pro is offered as an auto-renewable weekly subscription, purchased through the App Store.

• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period, your subscription automatically renews at the price shown in the App at the time of purchase, and your Apple ID account will be charged.
• Access: An active subscription (or free trial) is required to use the App's features. Without one, access to the App is not available.
• Managing your subscription: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app under [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or via the "Manage Subscription" option inside the App's Settings screen.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its own policies, not by us directly.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents, signatures, and other content you create or import into the App ("Your Content"). Your Content is processed and stored on your device; we do not claim any ownership over it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content, and your use of electronic signatures, complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to create, sign, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others, including using the App to forge signatures or misrepresent your identity or authority to sign a document.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that electronic signatures created with the App will satisfy the legal requirements for enforceability in every jurisdiction or use case.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services, including Apple's StoreKit for purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and PostHog for analytics. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
